This hotel boasts a fantastic location that is perfect for sightseeing, business, and shopping.

Staff tried to be helpful, but difficult as no-one could speak English.

I thought the Buffet dinner was not particularly good.

It's conveniently close to the tram station and therefore quite easy to get around the city if you want to use it. The hotel is also close to one of Konya's main shopping mall "Kule Site".

The hotel receptionist who was on duty when we checked in was a little bit too abrupt in dealing with us. It might be because of her "limited" English.

Everything was just great at this hotel, which was quite clean and had a capable staff, starting with a welcoming receptionist as the first impression.

The staff was more kind than I expected and could speak plenty of English. My room was very clean and the bed quite comfortable. It was better than the other reviewers said.

the location was just what I was looking for with a shopping mall and tram station nearby. the hotel was also conveniently located within walking distance of a large mall, which made it easy to pick up anything I needed. the room and bathroom were both incredibly clean and well-maintained, which made for a very comfortable stay. the staff was friendly and very helpful when I had any questions or concerns. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast buffet, which was great. There was just one minor issue that I experienced, but overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
